All HCTC branch locations are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and offer Motor Vehicle Title & Registration, Driver License, Property Taxes, Concealed Weapon licenses, and Hunting & Fishing licenses during opening hours. 

Please note the following service-specific hours: 

• Driver License & Concealed Weapons: Available 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 

• Learner’s Permit & CDL Testing: Offered from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. 

• Road Testing & Hazmat Services: By appointment only

All locations accept: cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, debit, and credit cards. * 

*Convenience fees: 2.5% for credit cards, $2.75 flat fee for debit cards.  

Online payments: FREE  E-checks only for property tax payments, 2.5% for credit cards.
